I was pleasantly surprised to discover Henri's Bakery near my workplace today. Craving a breakfast sandwich and an Americano, I found exactly what I was looking for at Henri's. It was also surprising to learn that this bakery was established in 1929. Henri's serves as a neighborhood bakery and breakfast hangout for locals. This standalone bakery offers a wide variety of baked goods and cakes, in addition to breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I ordered a turkey, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The generous portion of turkey, fresh egg, and American cheese made for a perfect combination that filled me up.
I love this place so much the food is amazing and the employees. That one lady Sharon deserves a raise or something one of the best employees Henri's she makes my day every time I order my coffee I Always asks if Sharon can make it and if she's not there then I don't even bother. Do get wrong the other workers that are just as good, but Ms Sharon takes the cake. Seeing her behind the counter makes me feel welcome. She's a gift from the lord himself
Ask for Christian at the service counter bc he is all about service and with a smile too! What a delight he was and also a really great sandwich maker with brown hair glasses was too. I wish I would have gotten his name too. He was so helpful, thoughtful, kind, professional etc. They both seem like they really like their jobs and that is refreshing!
Christian and Sharon are truly exceptional! Even though I don’t visit regularly, they always greet me by name and remember my usual order. Their personal touch makes every visit feel special. I absolutely love this place!
Finally visited Henri’s for the first time and the customer service was nothing short of impeccable. Kareem and John made the best sandwiches and were so nice, and Arianna at the checkout counter was so sweet and a ball of joy. Everything I ordered in addition to the amazing employees made my experience 10/10.
I had a great experience here at Henri’s! The workers were super friendly, and it was my first time here, but they were very patient. The interior is very nice, and they have wonderful outdoor seating as well. I tried a club sandwich, which was filled with stacks of fresh deli meat and was freshly toasted for me. I also got a massive snickerdoodle cookie that was excellent. It wasn’t too sweet, it had a delicate cinnamon taste, and it was so soft and delicious to eat. I wish I had gotten another! The flat white I ordered was also simple and tasty. I will surely be coming back to try more deli cuts and bakery delights!
Love the vibe! First time in, but we felt like family! We will definitely be back and you should try it too! Had a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Yummy. Tried the shortbread. Oh my gosh.
